If you have any problems getting the features to work, check here for solutions.

1. Some links are likely to open in the Canva App if you have it installed on your device.
- We recommend setting the link to open in "web browser" to address this issue.

2. Some browsers like Canva have a safety feature that asks you if you want to continue on to an unfamiliar site.
- We are here to create a helpful and positive experience. Continue on as long as you feel comfortable.

3. The "Download" link takes you to the PDF where you can view and interact with the links.
- If you want it downloaded to your device, there is one more step. You'll want to hit the "download" link in your browser to get the App. After, it may be found in your "Files" or "Downloads" folder. There can sometimes be a shortcut created on your Desktop or Home Screen for easy access.
